A co-founder of the California Institute for Machine Consciousness, growing Foresight Institute’s programs and partnership for the past 8 years, co-builder of Feÿtopia, and researcher at the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas on new forms of governance enabled by technology.

Lou investigates existential paradigms in technology and society, encouraging interdisciplinary research and fostering spaces where people can collaborate to create better futures. Lou organizes conferences, designs workshops, and gives the occasional talk on these topics.

Aleksandra Smilek is a senior strategist and creative director with ten years of experience in strategic and creative roles within the tech, luxury, and Science sectors. Her primary responsibilities include developing, facilitating, and communicating foresight vision, strategic planning and programs for the organization. Aleksandra also engages in public speaking and work as a teacher.

Her career has spanned various regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. With a track record of multiple companies such as Accenture, Dassault Systeme, Cartier, Mauboussin, Intel, Foresight Institute, Future of Life Institute...

Aleksandra’s international experience includes representing brands at major events like CES Las Vegas, Dev Con, Eth CC, Design week, VIVA TECH, Fashion Week Paris.
